For number 1, if you don't have a range, you can draw a line in a bunker and move up the line working on hitting after the line. The divot board is a great training aid for this too. Great video!
To help get on the front leg 2 thoughts . First do a little toe tap with your trail leg. It's a reminder to get all the weight on the front. Next Gary player had a drill where as you finish the swing take start walking forward. Same effect to help you get on the lead leg .
My fear of getting into that left side is the SHANK. That said the lesson was really good with some great tips to take to the range and its a process you need to trust.

I see coaches talk about ball sticking but the never talk about what the left and right arm should be doing...
